Jay
McDonald has a wealth of experience in building and sustaining successful
organizations. His management philosophy is straightforward: “Listen to your
customers and your folks who are doing the work. They will point you in the
right direction.” As a successful corporate banking executive, owner and
president of the largest sporting goods distribution company in the South,
owner and founder of his own investment banking firm, and most recently, as an
owner, president and CEO of Network Communications, Inc., the world’s leading
publisher of real estate advertising, Jay repeatedly has built and grown
organizations that deliver quality products and services profitably, while
becoming industry leaders. A published author, speaker, member of many
corporate and civic boards, charitable fund-raiser and community leader, Jay
is a graduate of Georgia Tech and has an MBA from The Darden School of
Business at the University of Virginia.

Bill and Stuart combine their talents in unique display systems, signage, and content for Solare. Bill’s knowledge of design, fabrication techniques, and material applications and well-honed skills have earned him prestigious design awards and he has authored several articles. Bill has degrees in graphic and industrial design from the University of Florida.
Stuart is an experienced motion graphic/3d animation artist with extensive knowledge of digital signage and content development. A graduate of Utah State University with a B.F.A. in art with graphic design/animation emphasis, he was a contributing artist to 3D Animation: From Models to Movies.
